• Ginger Honey Water
Directions:
1 tablespoon honey
5-6 slices of fresh ginger
1 cup of hot water
Optional: slice of fresh lemon
Add ingredients, steep for 1 minute and stir well
Delicious and soothing

• Ginger, Apple & Vanilla Punch
Directions:
Combine 1L ginger beer, 500mL apple juice
500mL vanilla vodka and 300mL lime juice in a large jar
Add 1 sliced apple, ginger and lime wedges to the punch
Add lots of ice just before serving
• Strawberry Ginger Smoothie
Directions:
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 small frozen banana
1 cup of almond milk
2 teaspoons honey
1 tablespoon fresh minced ginger
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
Add all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth
