Ingredients

  • 1 cup pak choy, sliced
  • 1 red chilli, thinly sliced (adjust to taste)
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges (for serving)
  • 1 cup bean sprouts, rinsed
  • 1/4 cup roasted peanuts, roughly chopped
  • 2 cloves Fave™ Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup enoki mushrooms, trimmed
  • 1/2 cup baby corn, sliced lengthwise
  • 1/4 cup fresh Thai basil leaves, torn if large

Turmeric Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (about 1 lime)
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh Fave™ Ginger
  • 1 clove Fave™ Garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
